Hello! You've somehow made it to my profile. Before you add me, please read this. The Basics: I'm a 19 years old French Canadian who has learned English by herself. As a result, my journal is not perfect, I am human (and a French one) so I make mistakes and sometimes slaughter the English language without wanting to. I still live in my hometown while studying respiratory therapy full time and working part time as an ESL teacher. I plan to move once I'll be finished with my studies. Mitten & Friends: I like to meet people! I don't care where my friends come from, how they look like or even if they share my interests. Even if we don't seem to like the same things, I guess we'll manage to find something we both like someday! I comment quite often on my friends' journal and try to read my f-list. Interests: I am a fangirl. Deal with it. I don't post that often on my lj about my obsessions but it happens. I like Japanese rock and my favourite band is without a doubt Angelo. In fact, I get crazy with pretty much everything that has Kirito in it. I also like several other jrock bands as well as music that is not Japanese, especially System of a Down. I listen to hard rock and metal the most. I've always watched a lot of tv because of my mother's addiction to series. My favorite shows right now are Dexter, Prison Break, Bones, Chuck and Angel. As for movies, I am in love with the Bourne Trilogy as well as the first Battle Royale. I like my movies, tv and books violent even though I don't even dare to kill a bug in real life. I'm biology freak and it is the main reason why I've chosen to study health care. I also have a strange plush toys obsession. About Traveling: It is without a doubt my greatest passion and the thing I find the most exciting. I didn't have the chance to travel much as a child because my parents would rather we stayed home. As a result, I had to wait until I could afford traveling with my own money. I made my first trip on my own when I was about 15. Pets: I have owned all kind of pets from birds to lizards and currently have two dogs (Pillule and Zoé), a cat (Asrael) and a gerbil (Pon Starbucks).
